| Abstract: | Hybomitra seguyi sp. nov. is described from the female holotype which was captured in the Ropotamo nature reserve, Bulgaria, in August 1964. A key is provided to all the known members of the subgenus Sipala, and the distribution of the genus Hybomitra is discussed. |
